Sarah-Jane and Aaron’s Southend Barns Summer Wedding
Sarah-Jane and Aaron’s big day at the gorgeous Southend Barns was a perfect mix of class, glamour, fun and laughter; a true reflection of their personalities which shone through every detail as they tied the knot and celebrated in style with their nearest and dearest.
The couple’s choice of elegant gown from Martina Liana and dapper suits from Astares combined perfectly with their chosen blush pink, rose gold and ivory colour scheme. This also featured beautifully in Sarah-Jane’s bouquet created by Flower Barn Chichester which certainly set the tone for the day. We just had to capture them styling it out together against the muted tones and pleasing lines and textures of this outbuilding whilst showcasing the full dramatic train of Sarah-Jane’s incredible dress.

Jess and Jake’s Southend Barns Secret Garden Summer Wedding
The sun was certainly shining on Jess and Jake’s Southend Barns wedding day as they tied the knot in the Secret Garden, surrounded by the love and warmth radiating from their guests.
They both looked stunning amid their mellow summer colour scheme of sage for the bridesmaids holding peachy bouquets beautifully arranged by Bridal Flowers Direct. Whilst the touch of red in the groom and groomsmen’s dapper outfits from Astares injected a dedicated nod to their favourite football team!
This couple were incredibly grateful for the love and contributions of their friends and family and the great team of people around them who helped make their dream day come true.
Jess and Jake summed up their special day as “magical, joyful and beautiful”. It undoubtedly was.

Over 20 years of passion and experience plus a few lovely shiny awards to boot…
I’ve been involved in award winning wedding photography since I was 17. I shot my first wedding at 19 and became fully qualified a year later – so I come with over 20 years of experience.
I’ve always loved the photographic art form as a way of preserving important moments in peoples’ lives. In regards to human storytelling there is almost nothing more beautiful than a wedding day; family and friends coming together to share in the love of a couple is something so unique. Being there to capture these moments, working under pressure with some amazing and talented people is something I feel very passionate about. Real life, real love.
After having won UK Wedding Photographer of the Year and Avant-garde Wedding Photographer of the Year I took the plunge and set up my own business in 2011. My award-winning images (below) showcase the quirky side of my style but if you are looking for something a little more universal then you’ll be pleased to hear that ‘I do’ romantic too!
